Financial and Home Lending Clients - Lane is a Certified Liability Advisor -  Financial Planners manage the asset side of the balance sheet but who do you have that helps you manage the liability side of your balance sheet? Getting a home loan is likely the largest debt you’ll ever purposefully create. It needs to be done wisely and with the end in mind. To Lane, this isn’t a sales process of trying to sell a client on a home loan… it’s a consultative process to learn his client’s goals, financial condition and to help advise them on how to integrate the home loan into their overall financial objectives and dreams.
