ABOUT MY INTERNET MARKETING COMPANY – THINK BIG ENTERPRISES
Think Big Enterprises, LLC is an internet marketing and business automation technology firm which specializes in helping small business owners and entrepreneurs learn how to develop their online presence in a strategic way that produces measurable results and how to radically simplify and automate their customer relationships, outbound marketing and follow-up processes which results in increased profitability.
I have assembled a world-class team with real life expertise in PHP, MySQL and Cold Fusion programming, graphic design, brand identity, e-commerce solutions, social network marketing, search engine optimization and web/blog site development.
This new venture is the culmination of 20 years of real life and business experiences. Through the years I have learned invaluable lessons in marketing and technology. I also experienced many of the challenges most small business owners face with their outbound marketing, client relationship management, and prospect follow up processes.
In short, we think BIG and I focus on delivering BIGGER for our clients and partners.
ABOUT LANE HOUK
I am married to my wife Shannon and have two boys, Luke and Shaun, 10 & 8 yrs. old respectively. I am a veteran and served in the US Army as a combat field medic. After returning to civilian life I worked as a Critical Care Technician in intensive care units and Emergency Rooms for 5 years. After exiting the medical field I spent eight years in full-time ministry in Florida and Central America. I have spent the last 10 years in the banking and mortgage financing industry and am currently a branch manager with City First Mortgage Services, LLC. Over the past ten years I have spent considerable time developing my financial expertise and certifications. I am a Certified Liability Advisor and am also recognized as a subject matter expert on mortgage loan compliance and mortgage-backed securitization. I have a passion helping people and families become homeowners, stay homeowners and becoming financially stable and ultimately financially secure through retirement.

Through these experiences and my pursuits to meet the challenges I have discovered some very powerful, yet surprisingly simple solutions. Some of it knowledge, some of it technology and tools. Think Big Enterprises is dedicated to bringing these solutions to market to small businesses and professionals in all 50 US States – with the hope that we’ll help many great people achieve their dreams through their entrepreneurial efforts.
I also believe strongly in doing my part to building community and giving back… In 2006 I founded and launched what is known today as Herocare (www.herocare.org) I believe our country is full of great, hard-working men and women who serve their communities with heart and passion. They’re the difference-makers in my book and Herocare’s goal is to serve them while they serve their community and our country. The mission of Herocare is to help “heroes” achieve their dreams of homeownership and financial security while fostering awareness of their service and needs. Herocare offers a vast array of housing, financial and foreclosure-prevention counseling services along with hundreds of valuable discounts and online education and manages a toll-free national Help Line for heroes (877-437-6411 ext. 0).
In 2008 I received the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Community Leadership Association and I also received the Prestigious 40 Under 40 Award by Gulf Shore Business Magazine being recognized as one of the Gulf Coasts top 40 business and community leaders under 40 years of age.
Although, the one thing I am most proud of is my two boys, Luke and Shaun. What good would it be if I were massively successful in business but a failure as a dad? The answer: it would be a travesty. So I put my greatest effort and my full heart towards trying to be a great dad for my two boys. I also conduct business with that same effort and I believe in values-based business powered by a passion to be excellent. A solid handshake, a clear conversation of expectations and going above and beyond is what I constantly aim for.
